Hours
Course hours are Monday - Wednesday. Full attendance for all three days is required.

Rater Calibration
Rater calibration requires that potential raters view and score videotaped ESI observations during the course and then complete 10 live observations after the course. Rater calibration allows AMPS Project International to determine each rater’s severity and whether or not he or she is scoring the ESI in a valid and reliable manner.

Costs
The comprehensive registration fee of $690 USD covers tuition, instruction materials, including the ESI manual, and an individual copy of the ESI Computer Scoring Software.

Registration
Registration deadline is August 27, 2010 at 5:00 p.m. There will be a $50 late fee for registrations received after the deadline. Registrations will be confirmed by e-mail only once full payment has been received. A registration e-mail containing all workshop and travel information will be sent approximately two weeks prior to the first day of the Workshop.

Cancellation
Refunds less a $20 handling fee will be made for cancellation requests received by AMPS Project by August 27, 2010 at 5:00 p.m. No cancellation request can be honored after that time. Substitutions will be permitted. We reserve the right to limit the number of participants or cancel the Workshop if deemed necessary due to lack of registration. In the event that a minimum number of participants is not registered within 30 days of the Workshop date, the Workshop will be canceled and all registrants will receive a full refund. We advise that you DO NOT make your airline reservations until 21 days prior to the start of the Workshop.
